Description:

42 year old female had a subglandular breast augmentation with a donut lift and 450cc implants by another plastic surgeon 10 years ago.  She presented unhappy with the size and shape of her breasts and areolas.  I exchanged her implants for 339cc, placed them submuscular, and did an anchor scar mastopexy.
