Description:

37 year old female with breast cancer gene had prophylactic bilateral mastectomies with immediate reconstruction with tissue expanders.  She wanted to have slightly larger reconstructed breasts than her natural breasts and we accomplished that with 500cc silicone gel implants.  She had nipple reconstruction as a third stage and is waiting for her areola tattooing.
